4 days/3 nights on Sacred Indian Lands
This is indeed a very special, spiritually oriented journey that allows for great personal insights and transformation, a wonderful opportunity to connect to our natural spiritual connection to the Earth, to our core-self, open the heart, get peace and clarity of mind.
Spending 4 full days/3 nights on Sacred Indian lands with no cell phone reception and no distractions. There is the abundant red earth touching the vast turquoise-blue sky, peace, silence, beauty all around ... and you.
That is where everything ends ... and you begin.

Our Hopi Guide will tell us about their customs, spirituality and present life. The Hopi are considered one of the most spiritual tribes in North America. Their prophesies are world renown. They are in fact identical to the Tibetan prophesies. The Dalai Lama visited with their Elders, discussing the similarity in their prophesies.
Continuing deep on to Indian roads into a small Navajo town, we will visit with a Navajo Medicine Woman (if available on that day) for a blessing ceremony in a Hogan.
Overnight: At the historic Thunderbird Lodge inside Canyon De Chelly.
Day Two: After breakfast we will take a half day tour inside Canyon De Chelly with a Navajo guide, learning about the history, spirituality and ways of life of the Navajo, past, present and future. Canyon De Chelly is sacred ground to the Navajo and Hopi. Many artifacts and petroglyphs remain.
After lunch, we will visit the main outlooks of Canyon De Chelly.

Overnight: At the historic Thunderbird Lodge.
Day Four: Morning is free at leisure to meditate, journal, hike, and enjoy the beauty of this land.
Return to Phoenix approximately 6 pm.
There will be many hours of scenic driving. Excellent physical health is required for this tour!

3 nights hotel accommodation* (sharing rooms) at the historic Thunderbird Lodge, visit Walpi with a Hopi guide, half day Unimog tour with a Navajo guide, Medicine Wheel ceremony by Spider Rock, Navajo Sweat Lodge ceremony in Canyon De Chelly, roundtrip from Phoenix in a private van, and entrance fees. A donation is required for the Medicine Woman as well as the Sweat Lodge.
*Do not worry about not having a partner for this trip! Most people come single and match themselves up with the person they feel most comfortable with. This works out just great!
PLEASE NOTE: The Medicine Men/Women are totally dedicated to their work to Spirit and humanity. They travel wherever they are called, at no advance notice. Therefore, we hope they will be there for us during our tour, but we cannot guarantee this (they usually are available for us).
We are on Native American sacred lands. The tour teaches us to allow things to unfold at their own pace and timing. We do have a program, but we allow for changes and adjustments as they arise.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please be advised this is a Vision Quest journey. These trips may be intense on an emotional, physical and spiritual level. There is much psychological transformation that occurs during the weekend. It may be intense on many levels.
For people coming from out of town, we will try to host your first and last night with people from the group.
